Mr. Kesab Kumar Halder is the Managing Director of the Halder Ventures. He has vast experience and knowledge in the field of export and import of agro products which has played an instrumental role in the exponential growth and success of the company. He is a commerce graduate and has been associated with the family business of rice milling since his childhood days. He is the torch-bearer of the company. He brings with himself very well-rounded capabilities in the area of “Operations”, thanks to his exposure to sourcing agricultural commodities, packing material, and supply chain and factory management.

Mrs Poulomi Halder is an integral part of Halder Ventures. She has been associated with the enterprise since 2013. Poulami holds a bachelor’s degree. She had pursued her B.A. from Burdwan University, and now she has proven her merit as a Director of Shri Jatadhari Rice Mills Pvt. Ltd., &Halder Ventures Ltd. Poulami is an indispensable part of the enterprise and a promotor of the company.
